About Me

My photo
I'm Arthur, a Golden Retriever. I was rescued from the streets of Taiwan through the efforts of Golden Retriever Rescue and many kind volunteers in Taiwan. I understand Mandarin and English but cannot speak either. I have the innate ability to smell anything 'round' and I consider myself a real foodie as I'm willing to try just about anything edible. I was adopted by my human in 2009, my human ROCKS; together, we are on a special mission in rounding me into a stellar 'urban dog'! This blog is dedicated to my journey in urban development and the humans who make it possible.

Day 3- Coalville UT

Lesson #1: Mr. McNally and the fine folks at Google Maps neglected to factor in a 'dog quotient’ when calculating the time for road travel cross-country.  We hit the road this morning at about 10AM, too late in the morning but not too late for a McDonald’s stop.  It’s hot outside and I can’t take Arthur inside, so drive-thru dining appears to be the appropriate choice.  Food order placed, purchased, packed and we’re off; driver jolted with large coffee in hand and passenger-dog content with a belly full of Sausage McMuffins!

Lesson #2: The frequency of McDonald's locations matches the frequency of doggie necessity stops!

Stop, AGAIN?

'Happy Meal'?,
